Texas History is important for young Texans to learn. In Texas, they are taught Texas History in the 4th and 7th grades. It is from this early education that we all grow up to be Texans. TexanaTours wants to help in this process and we will try to provide a speaker to any school (or home school group) that requests a presentation. We will take the textbook and bring it to life by telling the students how life was in early Texas. Learn about young William Zuber, youngest boy in Sam Houston's Army. We are fortunate that Houston is right where it happened from Washington on the Brazos, New Kentucky, Harrisburg, to San Jacinto.
